About Night falls over Brunswick
Night falls over Brunswick is an ongoing body of work of jewellery; an evolving memory of my evening walks around Brunswick. The pieces–earrings and brooches–with their surfaces of glass, matt-fired enamel and gently pigmented concrete echo the soft, sometimes strangely melancholy moments between late afternoon light and the first evening stars. They remember the dark trees, moving shadows on the streets, and the distant galaxies high above the sleeping city.
